INSTRUMENT RENTAL AGREEMENT FORM
________You agree to make all rental payments in advance of each rental period.
________Your instrument can be returned anytime. However, there is absolutely no refund for rental payments even when the instrument is returned early. Rental payments are not pro-rated.
________All rental instruments have been inspected to ensure that they are in good playable condition. It is recommended the instrument is tested and inspected for damages at the time of pickup. The cost of any damages is the responsibility of the renter after the instrument is turned over to them.
________Other than normal wear and tear, you may be charged repair or replacement fees if damaged. All repairs must be paid to and processed through Becky's Music Lessons.
________The instrument shall remain the property of Becky's Music Lessons.
________A credit card must be keep on file in your account for all rental instruments.
________If you are in default of this agreement, your arearage and next month payment shall immediately become due. If you are in default of this agreement, we may terminate this agreement with you and charge your credit card for any outstanding balance. If you are still in possession of the instrument 5 days after we notify you of termination you will be responsible for the price of the instrument plus all other costs including any legal fees associated with collecting payment for the instrument. Return of the instrument as credit towards this obligation will no longer be accepted.
I have read and agree to this Instrument Rental Agreement. I will retain a copy of this agreement and I am aware I will not receive an instrument until this agreement has been signed.
